MİM, applies a comprehensive Environment, Safety, Health and Quality (Integrated Management System) policy to protect all employees and business partners working in its offices, construction sites and relevant facilities. This policy covers protection against every kind of pollution, hazards and accidents those may occur during the course of works. Integrated Management System is based on ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, EN 3834-2 standards.

MİM has always a comprehensive EYS training program for the purpose of increasing security awareness, to teach more secure working implementation and to increase environmental health. All roles and responsibilities of individuals in the enterprise were defined in MİM Organization Handbook. 

Monitoring and Measuring is vital for protecting and developing of EYS performance. In case if any fault, accidents, event, disease and environmental leak happens in MİM their records are kept and their conforming level to standards are monitored and statistical data are kept. 

Supervision and review and to manage risks with previous experiences provides significant development for EYD corrective actions. Internal and external audits are continuously realized.

Environment, safety and health have high priority. MİM, as an integrated part of corporate culture in each project knows and accepts reaching to world standards performance relevant to ÇGS (Environmental Safety Systems) and ISG (Occupational Health and Safety). All of our employees are encouraged to actively take part in all EYS programs and effort is spent for the supply of all training and development they require.
